FAQS
What is an open edition print?
Open edition prints are not constrained by a predetermined number of copies, as limited editions are. As we don't mass-produce any of our prints, we generally prefer to offer signed open editions that we produce on request. This allows us to keep our pricing accessible while still delivering exceptional quality.
Are these prints archival?
Our prints use archival pigment inks, with three paper choices available. Whichever paper is used, these prints are made to last a lifetime if cared for correctly.
Are custom sizes available?
Yes. Contact us before the art drop closes if you need a size that isn’t currently offered.
How should I look after my print?
Firstly, we provide archival gloves with all print orders for you to use when handling the artwork. However, if you are custom framing your print our recommendation (especially with large prints) is to not unpack the print yourself. They can be unwieldy to unpack and then repack and the risk of damage is very real. It’s safer to take the print directly to your framer and unpack it there when you discuss your framing preferences with them. To preserve your print's life expectancy it should be framed using archival (acid-free) materials. The artwork should not directly touch any glass or acrylic. Your photograph should be displayed on walls that avoid direct sunlight and extremes in temperature and/or humidity. If your artwork is avoiding the sun's ultraviolet rays, UV blocking glass or acrylic is not essential.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you’d like to change your order in any way, please send us an email within 12 hours of placing the order, as this is the typical time it takes us to move a print order into production.
Do you accept returns?
As our artwork is made to order, all sales are final. In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged in transit, we will replace it.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we will provide a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
We do. Prints delivered outside the United States will be subject to customs fees, import taxes, tariffs or duties. These are incurred at the time of delivery and are at the discretion of your customs regulations. As the customer, you are responsible for these charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency. We can’t accept returns due to these fees.
How long will this print be available for?
7 days only. The art drop will close at 11:59pm PST on April 7th, 2025. The print will then be unavailable for at least a year, after which we may decide to add this print to our permanent collection.
